THE INCREDIBLE YEARS

About the Incredible Years

Age range: Suitable for children aged 0-6 years 

Duration: 8-14 weeks

Delivery: Available as online or in-person sessions 

 

A 14-week evidence-based parenting programme, the Incredible Years aims to give parents the tools and knowledge to manage everyday parenting situations. This includes handling routines, separations, managing behaviour and promoting independence. 

 

The group provides a supporting and nurturing space for parents to meet other parents and carers, discuss concerns and learn new skills too.
