PEEP PRE-SCHOOL

About PEEP Pre-school

Age range: Suitable for parents of pre-school aged 2-4 years old

Duration: 6 weeks

Delivery: Available as in-person sessions

PEEP Pre-school is a fun is a fun and friendly group for parents and carers of pre-school children aged 2-4 years. In PEEP groups we share songs, stories and simple activities. This builds on your child's learning, talking and social development.

Delivered by Early Years Practitioners who have a wealth of knowledge, hints and tips to help you make the most of the learning opportunities in everyday life, supporting your child's learning through play.

The Programme covers five strands of child development, which it aims to improve by working with parents:

  • personal, social and emotional development

  • communication and language

  • early literacy

  • early maths

  • health and physical development

You and your child can make friends and have fun, while finding out how things you do now will help them to become confident learners.

Take part in a relaxed group at your local Family Hub - these sessions also provide a great opportunity for you to meet other parents with pre-schoolers in your area to socialise and support each other.

You can find out more about start dates by contacting your local family hub.
