Supporting the communities that we represent is really important here at Family Hubs. There is a wide range of support services available across our communities, some of which are explored further below.
How we support our communities
We work collaboratively with numerous partners to provide support across our local communities.
Some of this support takes place in our Family Hubs and includes free parental and relationship programmes and activities. And some is delivered by Northumberland County Council and various partners at a network of community hubs across Northumberland.
