What do Family Hubs do?
A Family Hub is a place where children, young people and their families can go when in need of help and support. There are also lots of fun, free activities to take part in.
The people working in the Family Hub work in partnership with families and different services in the community. They will be able to provide information, advice and guidance. Family Hubs are here to support you, your child(ren) or young person as they are growing up and our services are here for the whole family.
